Multi-Platinum Producer Needlz Opens Fashion Boutique, Heads Back To The Lab

This October, hip hop producer Needlz is set to open a new fashion boutique called Pieces in Hoboken, New Jersey.
The beatsmith, who has cranked out bangers for a number of artists including 50 Cent,
Ludacris, Trina, The Game, Young Buck, Talib Kweli and Fabolous, is now hoping to enjoy success in the fashion world as well with the grand opening of the new store.
Originally founded in Brooklyn and with a location in Harlem as well, Pieces caters to many celebrity clients and clothing connoisseurs. The producer and his wife, Manana Cain, partnered with the boutique for the new venture in an effort to bring the beatmaker's personal style to the fashion market.
"We teamed up with Pieces because of their reputation for being trendsetters in the fashion industry," explains Needlz. "We feel that the Pieces brand along with Manana's background in retail will make for a successful business venture in Hoboken."
A privileged few will be able to check out the new spot at a special VIP opening on September 8, while the rest of the public won't be able to catch a glimpse of the boutique until October.
While hoping to bring some heat to the fashion industry, Needlez is continuing to bring the heat in the studio. In addition to producing the track "Get Clapped" for
Lloyd Banks' Rotten Apple album and "Hurt Me Soul" from Lupe Fiasco's upcoming disc Food and Liquor, the producer is also hard at work on projects for Freeway, Young Buck, Shareefa, Eamon, Rich Boy and new Def Jam signee Meagan Rochell.
