The Clipse, Chamillionaire, and Yung Joc "Step Up" On Film Soundtrack

The Clipse, Chamillionaire, Yung Joc and YoungBloodz,are among the list of standout hip-hop artists featured on the soundtrack for the upcoming dance film titled Step Up.
Directed by acclaimed choreographer Anne Fletcher, Step Up centers on a Baltimore rebel named Tyler Gage, played by Chinning Tatum, who ends up doing a community service gig at Maryland's School of the Arts.
At the school, Gage meets a privileged ballet dancer, played by Jenna Dewan, and after he offers to be her dance partner, they get romantically involved. The film also stars Heavy D and R&B singer
Mario.
Step Up's soundtrack also boasts new tracks from Petey Pablo,
Sean Paul, Keyhsia Cole, Anthony Hamilton, Kelis, 3LW and Chris Brown. The first single off the soundtrack is "Get Up," by Ciara featuring Chamillionaire, and that's scheduled to hit radio waves tomorrow (June 27).
The Step Up soundtrack is set to come out on August 8th, while the movie opens in theatres on August 11th.
