50 Cent Self Destructs, Beefs With Oprah
50 Cent is vulnerable. Well, that's what he says about his new album. 50's next LP will be a different look at the MC, who once promised to Get Rich or Die Tryin'. Now, the rapper is ready to self destruct, and he's proving it with his third album.
"I show more vulnerability on this record than on others...I'm in a space where I can experiment a little bit. I mean, I felt a lot of pressure between each one of my projects," he recently told MTV of the new record.
Reports indicate that 50's album, boldly titled Before I Self Destruct, should hit shelves in the Spring of '07.
Recently, 50 made headlines by direspecting Oprah Winfrey in Elle Magazine.
"She started out with black women's views but has been catering to middle-aged white American women's views for so long that she's become one herself," he said of the famous host.
