With the popularity of Myspace at an all time high, it was only a matter of time before the clones surfaced. However, had I not seen this one with my own eyes, I’d think this one was a joke… and a bad one at that.
Enter niggaspace.com, call it a more ghetto fabulous version of Black Planet.
According to a FISHBOWLNY article, Nigga Space (a place fo niggas) is owned and operated by a man calling himself Tyrone (author’s note: Tyrone has not confirmed his race). To date, about 1,500 people have signed up for the site, which contains several myspace.com characteristics.
Among the occupations one can choose from are: pimp, vampire and smurf among others.
As for body type, in place of myspace’s “a little extra” or “more to love”, “bootylicious” is an option.
Tyrone also plans to expand niggaspace’s community and intends to host rap battles on the site.
