DJ Quik to be Released in September
Sadly, many rappers have had to spend time behind bars. One of the latest is DJ Quik who was sentenced to jail time after alledgedly pulling a gun out during an argument with his sister.
Things are apparently looking up for Quik. According to the rapper's official MySpace page, there are only a couple months left in his sentencence.
The first week in [September] Quik will be back, assured the statement.
The statement, written by a Mad Science Recordings representative also adds that that a big show or party may be scheduled in order to welcome Quik home.
Currently, he has Greatest Hits: Live at the House of Blues in stores.
