With "Gun" Eminem Emerges From Depression

Eminem's emergence from a state of depression has financiers behind the rapper's upcoming movie relieved.
As previously reported,
the Detroit bred rapper recently accepted to take on the role of a modern day Detroit bounty hunter in a movie remake of the 1950s TV series "Have Gun--Will Travel".
According to a source close to The New York Post, Eminem (Born
Marshall Mathers) had been suffering with depression in the past two months, after his best friend and former D12 group mate, Proof, was shot in the head at a Detroit club in April.
Em had also filed for a second divorce from his wife Kim Mathers,
a month earlier.
"He has been shut up in his house depressed," the source told The NY Daily
News . "He gained a ton of weight and didn't feel like working on anything."
"Obviously, he's grieving," Eminem's spokesman, Dennis Dennehy revealed to Daily News, after Proof's untimely death. "He is depressed as anyone would be if they lost someone that close. He had announced he was taking time off before this happened. It's his downtime."
Dennehy insisted his client is conquering his depression without the help of antidepressants.
No production dates or other details about "Have Gun-Will Travel" were given ,but the project's producers and
Paramount Pictures divulged that they are trying to get it on the fast track.
In related news, Eminem's protégé, Obie Trice,
is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Second Round's On Me, scheduled to hit stores on August 15th.. The album reportedly features appearances from Eminem, Trick Trick, 50 Cent, Nate Dogg and Trey Songz.
Em, Alchemist, Fredwreck, JR Rotem and 9th Wonder are some of
the producers on the project.
